Tell me where the bottleneck is.

Pick a time that works. Send over anything on your current setup or where the bottlenecks are beforehand and I will take a look before the call.

What happens on the 30-minute call

1. 1

You tell me where the bottleneck is

Useful to include: your tools, team size, how leads come in today and the one thing you want fixed first.

2. 2

I show you how I would fix it

Where your business is losing time and what I would build first. If it helps, I walk you through a working prototype of how I would build it, on the call or in a short video.

3. 3

We work out the right shape

Fixed scope when the problem is clear, monthly when you want the ops function owned. I can start on short notice and the first two weeks are listening and mapping.
