    First two weeks I listen and watch. Where your time goes, what falls through the cracks, where the friction lives. Then I map the whole operation on a board.

    Design

    We build a priority list together and set the KPIs. What is an emergency, what can wait. The structure, tools and team flow that fit how the business actually runs.

    Build

    ClickUp set up properly, SOPs so the same mistake does not happen twice, CRM and the automation that takes the manual load off the day. I build it myself, hands-on.

    Handoff

    Train and hand off so it runs without you in every loop. Without me in every loop too. You are not locked into me forever.

who you would be working with

Born and raised in Stockholm with Swedish, Persian and Finnish roots. Ten years of elite youth football taught me that winning takes a team that lifts each other, and that is how I build teams and systems. Off the clock it is padel, pool, chess and Formula 1.
